xoxoxo asked: I have about 15 lbs to loose, and I have trouble swallowing pills. I don’t eat that much, and it’s not bad food. I do a little exercising, but that’s not what I am asking about. I want to know if there is something I can get at the store, NOT online. That will help me like boost my metabolism! I have looked in five different stores. They are all that nasty drink, or pills.
p.s: I HATE energy drinks, and Coffee makes me sick

atoz123 asked: I used to be an athlete, got the desk job/stopped working out, etc (we all know the story)… I have been gradually working myself up and got myself to running approx. 2 miles a day/6 days a week (varying between just consistent running and sprinting, always pushing to do more/longer/etc). I have noticed recently I am always tired. I am normally getting 8 hours of sleep a night. I am working on balancing out my diet and looking for suggestions for diet and/or supplements to help with being tired. I want to do it as naturally as possible.
