Please don’t say diet and exercise, my parents wont let me diet and I have to exercise in private and it’s not helping.
my parents will NOT let me diet because technically I’m not overweight but still I want to lose weight and i do exercise but its not enough when shove high calories meals down my throat

asked: What would be the best diet supplement for me? I work out about 3 hours a day and my diet dosnt have me consume more than 1200 calories a day. Ive been on a diet for about 4 months and have lost 45 pounds so weight loss is nothing new to me and im not looking for an excuse to not diet or exercise i just want a supplement that would work in conjunction to burn more calories and make my metabolism faster. What would you recommend?
