Amanda the Religulous asked: Mostly looking for “success stories”; I really want to know if they work for intial diet changes (I plan on staying on a healthy diet and exercise program, so expect the Detox to be a one-time thing) or if they’re mostly a waste of money and I should just wait out the results of a good lifestyle change.

mattparkergreen asked: I’m on a pretty good schedule for eating and working out, and workouts are pretty extreme. Eating a pretty high protein diet, and otherwise pretty healthy. Does anyone else have any tips on any supplements or superfoods or anything to get thinner faster?

stephanie_dee24 asked: I’ve started exercising a lot more (joined the RAF) and I’ve been looking into supplementing my diet with protein. After a friend told me about MaxiMuscle I thought about trying it.
However MaxiMuscle is so expensive!! I was looking into getting the Pro Max or Pro Max diet but it’s so damn expensive. So what other brands are there or what else could I do to get the same effect?
At the moment I am struggling to find things to eat for breakfast as I often don’t have time or get up very early. So what appealled to me was the idea of having a shake for breakfast, then eating normal lunch, exercising and having a shake after, then a normal dinner.
I’m looking to lose fat and just tone up in general really, without paying the earth for something like MaxiMuscle. If it really is just the best then I will pay it, so long as I get results. If not, what else is there, or how else can I do it?
I put this is men’s health because I figured that men use these products more than women and might have a better idea about it all

rocket_smith15 asked: What I’m really asking is, if I improve my diet and include plenty of exercise; would it be useful at all to occasionally include a diet supplement? Would it be effective or not noticeable anyway?
