mutual asked: I am 16 and a pole vaulter. The season ends in 3 weeks, and I have joined a gym to do off season lifting. I want to get stronger and more bulk and I need advice on diet supplements. I don’t want to do anything that will harm me such as creatine or steroids. But, I don’t really know what’s on the market and whats good and whats bad. Any advice would be great.

dscowgirl asked: I just started to the gym a week ago. My boyfriend takes protein and creatine to gain weight. What is something I can take to loose weight while I’m working out. I don’t mind spending a little extra $$$ on it. I’m not looking for special diet pills, I want to know about sports stuff.

JROD asked: Just bought Super NOS Pump, Super Advanced Whey Protein, & Super Advanced Creatine High Performance supplements. The first are pill and the latter are shake mixes. I want to know how to use these together. I read the directions but still not sure. If anybody out there who has used or is using them, can tell me how to use these correctly. Just trying to be safe and not overdose or mix something that i shouldn’t. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanx.
