I would like to know a good Nutritional Supplement / Vitamin to help get rid of anxiety and help concentration

I have had anxiety for a while now, I have been on Remeron for the past year and it helps but there are times when I can’t concentrate on work because of this and my brain feels foggy and unable to think straight, then there are time when I get a panic attack out of nowhere and feel like I am going to vomit.

I would like to know a good Nutritional Supplement / Vitamin that is fast acting that will clear my mind of fog, help with concentration and get rid of the anxiety when it comes out of know where. I have tried chamomile tincture and bach rescue remedy and they have not helped at all.

Also note that I would like the recommendation to be safe and have minimal side effects when taken in addition to Remeron. I was going to try Kava Kava but my doctor said it damages the liver easily, also St. John’s wort but I can’t take it with Remeron, so my doctor said to do some research and get back to him with a list of things I would like to try.
By Doctor above I ment my Psyciatrist.

Anyone have weight loss with this supplement?
