I have various health problems including high cholesterol and I take heart pills, Warfarin and Simvastatin 40mg. Since I have been on Simvastatin though, my legs really ache and it is very painful and difficult to walk. Also my appetite has not increased, but I have gained a lot of weight.

My cholesterol is a little high and I want to bring it down with diet and exercise. Noticing that my supplement that I take for workouts might be the source of some of that cholesterol has me rethinking things. Also, my whey has a sweetener that I don’t like eating every day. Is there a natural protein that doesn’t contain cholesterol nor sweetners? Any advice?
