CHRIS BENIOT FAN (HUNG T) asked: My diet is terrible and I do not enjoy losing my sixpack(abs) but do not want to lose my six pack(beer) either. I have ab muscles but am getting a little extra weight on them.
Should I just stick with trying to get more cardio or is there something that could speed up my metabilism?

That Guy asked: I am 6′2″ and weigh 218 lbs. Doesn’t sound bad but I’ve been thin all my life until I hit my 30’s. Never got over 175 lbs. I’m 35 now. I broke my leg in december so the cardio went out the door and I won’t be able to even jog until around august. I put on about 18 pounds since then. All fat. All gut. I am thinking about a low carb diet or Cyclical Ketogenic Diet to be exact. I am wondering out of those who tried and stuck with a diet that was low carb and put you into ketosis what your experience was like. Can you drink alcohol on these diets? Did you try supplements that worked better than others? What about food and which tasted the best and worked for you? Thx

Why can’t I lose weight? I am hoping that a supplement or a diet pill will help me. Any suggestions?

I am wearing a heart rate monitor to make sure I keep my rate up to where it should be for optimal weight loss. I get home and I am SO TIRED and I have trouble getting up the next morning as well.
Someone suggested adding protein shakes to combat the fatigue,
when do I have the shakes, how much and how often! I am looking to tone, not bulk up!!!
I am following a diet high in fruit and fiber, and lean protein. I usually avoid breads and grains, and I eat many times throughout the day. (I am certainly not starving!)
