I take a daily multivitamin, a calcium supplement, 2 flaxseed oil capsules (recommended by a doctor), and a probiotic capsule.

I’m rather curious as to whether it’s alright to take them all at the same time or if it’s better to take them at different times of the day?

I’m currently taking them all together with my breakfast. Does anyone know if that is the best time to take them and if it affects each one by taking them all at the same time?

Thanks x
