Dennis C asked: I eat like a horse, and still dont gain any weight. I have been lifting for awhile, but the strentgh gains havent brought me a gain in size. Im 16, 6′3 140 lbs. I am an aspiring bodybuilder looking to gain some bulk.
What i neeed to know is what should I put into my diet foodwise, and what supplements should I be taking. I need someone to please help me out.
