The only non-vegan food in my diet is eggs which I take for the protein and B-vitamins. I would like to give up eggs, but I lift weights and am very active and I have found through past practice that I do not get enough protien when I am lifting weights just by combining foods.

I have heard too much Soy isn’t good. I don’t know much about Hemp protien
What is the best vegan protein supplement for a vegan who lifts weights and is any vegan protien supplement adequate on its own?
