fallingxrain asked: Would it be okay if I took 250 mcg of B12, 600 mg of calcium, and 500 mg of vitamin C this morning? If not, is there a combination I can take? If no combination would be healthy, which supplement is the most important?
I’m not eating anything with it, if it affects the answer.
