I’ll be honest, I go to the gym 3-4 times per week but don’t always work out hard. If it’s too packed I usually just do cardio and leave, although most of the time i do lift. Also, I should tell you that I don’t eat very healthy and probably eat a high calorie diet. I want to gain muscle, which I have not done at all in the 4 months I have been working out. Do you think Whey Protein, Muscle Milk, etc. will help or do you think I would just gain weight? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

What do you advice about dietary/nutritional supplements?

I’m planning to start exercising since I feel I’m gaining more weight now than when I had my baby 4 months ago. I’ve always have in mind of trying dietary/nutritional natural supplements but I’m scare it would bring secondary effects. What do you think of that? What is your experience?

Will vitamin supplements lose their power over time?

I am going to start taking some vitamin and mineral supplements (all in one tablet), but they are around 4 months out of date. Will they be weaker or the same?
SOURCES PLEASE, as this is a dispute that needs settling.
(4 months out of date means the date is 4 months after the supplements were due to expire)

Is it true that vitamins or food supplements can only be maintained until 3 - 4 months?

Vitamins will loose its effect if taken more than 4 months. So we will have to change it to another food supplement after 4 month.
