    Yes, but read the nutrtional facts table before purchasing a product. Buy a protein powder with low fat and low calories, and around 20-30g of protein per serving. Along with a healthy diet you will feel stronger and more energetic.

    Be sure the protein has some fiber to it.

    Best to find a soy that is not soy isolate. Soy concentrates can be found in products like MotherSOY and the like.

    Otherwise you’ll lose weight, but it’ll be because of the diarrhea.

    to tell you the truth its only few protein bars out there who would really good for you.i would suggest to use protein powder instead protein bar.
    and if you would like to lose weight i would for sure to get protein powder.you know that you would take exact amount of protein with or with no carobs,which would help you to calculate exact amount of calories in your diet.and bars what on some of them is just a joke.
