		<description>Eat lots of beets - cooked or pickled, it doesn't matter.  Try frying up liver - some people like it, some people don't, but it is high in liver.  If you're one of the ones who doesn't really like it, try cutting it very thin, dipping it in milk, and then breading it before you fry it.  

Spinach is another good food.  Surprisingly, taking chloroform every day will also help.  Although it doesn't contain a lot of iron, the iron in it is absorbed very easily into the body, and it also helps the body to more easily absorb iron from other sources.  

I also really enjoy soaking in an iron bath or an iron foot soak.&lt;a href="http://www.bestdrumshop.com/books-and-video-84614"&gt; Rachelle&lt;/a&gt;</description>
