1. Yes, I seem to be eating more fruit & yoghurt, not conciously, just because i crave them.
2. Apple, Peaches, Milk, Yoghurt
3. No, my Midwife advised me not to after me taking pre-natals with my previous pregnancies (Miscarried 6 times before this pregnancy)
4. I smoked but stopped in 2006 (About 3 months before we started TTC), My partner doesn’t smoke.
I drank on occations, but i haven’t drank while pregnant. He still drinks, he works long hours so he deserves a treat ever so often.
5. Yeah, Week 6 until week 15
It was constant, I only ate bread, oat biscuits & drank flat lemonade. I couldn’t keep anything else down.
6. Yorkshire Puddings, i couldn’t eat those until i was about 23 weeks, and i adore them. Chicken Fried Rice, couldn’t eat that until about 20 weeks. Chocolate also gives me heartburn, but it hasn’t stopped me eating it

I am 25 and 18 weeks preg with first child
1. yes, they became healthier
2. I craved fruit and fast food made me feel more lethargic and sick than I was already!
3. I tried to take my prenatals and still do try but they make me sick!
4. yes, I smoked back in my teen years for a few weeks, not since. My husband and I would have an occasional drink, he still does and I don’t even have the want to have any. occasional to us is 1-2 drinks a month.
5. yes, the first 3.5 months was horrible, like having a light flu but never feeling better after throwing up. I tried to eat foods that made me feel better (which was fruit and healthy stuff) and tried to not watch anything on tv or internet that would turn my stomach in any way.
6. Not really, the words “chicken” and “turkey” sound gross, but if I didn’t talk about the food and didn’t think about what it was and just tasted it, I was usually able to eat it. ilovenerd2003

hi! im 20 years old…but fell pregnant about 6 weeks before i turned 19 (if u needed that info too?? lol)
k question one…. not really…i made sure i drank a lot of water (which i didnt do beforehand) otherwise nothing changed
Q2…once again water—yeah i craved water….. (which i suppose was good lol) i also craved onion rings from hungry jacks (as its known in aus…or burger king everywhere else)
Q3….i took blackmores pregnancy and b’feeding supplement from when i found out until i finished b’feeding. also i took blackmores raspberry leaf tea tablets about a month before i was due (apparently it helps tone uterus and prepare body for birth…) i also had to take liquid iron supplements (obviously due to low iron levels) from my 26 week tests…
Q4…. my partner has never smoked and i only ever did a couple times socially when i was 17. alcohol we have both socially consumed alcohol but did not during pregnancy (my partner had the occasional drink with dinner whilst i was pregnant tho)
Q5… i got morning sickness between about 3 and 6 months but i only ever threw up once in the morning and was fine there after….i was lucky
i didnt take anything as it was only mild
Q6…. i drank coffee once/twice a day before but during pregnancy i couldnt even stand the smell (which was good because supposed to cut down anyway–although i could handle the occassional iced coffee?? go figure.) also i couldnt stand the smell of yeast…(bread cooking) whilst i was pregnant (which was unfortunate because i worked next door to a bakery when pregnant….and dont mind eating fresh bread!!)
hope i helped
good luck Mandas_Mumma_<3 <3
