I don’t take them daily. However, I do take iron once a month and that seems to help fight off fatigue.

I’ve taken various vitamins over the years, and I notice a difference when I take them versus when I don’t. I’ve taken ‘pill’ type vitamins, and noticed a slight difference after a week or so. The best of those were the GNC ‘Megaman’ vitamins. I’ve also taken ‘liquid’ type vitamins, and noticed an even greater difference. The best of those were the ‘Sea Silver’ brand.
Liquid vitamins are much more easily absorbed by the body, so you tend to get more for your money with them. They also tend to be a bit more expensive.
Pills are also better if you cant handle strong tasting stuff,but there are liquids that have very little taste to them and you can mix them with juice to further mask the taste. The worst I’ve tasted was Centrum Liquid. It tasted like a chewed up multi-vitamin.
The most noticeable benefits for me (primarily with liquids) were: I fell asleep easier, and shook off the groggy feeling faster after waking. Less irritability. Stronger nails. Less fatigue when exerting myself. Better concentration. Diminished urge to ’snack’. ALOT more energy.

Yes, I noticed my energy level dwindled as I was trying to wean myself off taking multivitamins several times in the past for my information, a 100% multivitamins I’m referring to. If we were like Europeans, Asians who pick their fresh groceries everyday or so from individual stores, open markets ? we may not add vitamins to our daily diet. But as you are well aware, we city dwelling Americans do not have an easy access to fresh food or produce, mostly grown thousands miles away…so we lack vital nutrition. I don’t take fish oils, for I eat plenty of fish, besides my stomach won’t tolerate concentrated oil capsules. Yes, I take added Calcium for Osteoporosis, 250mg of Vit, C along with basic multivitamin. As long as the person has a normal kidney or liver function, one basic multivitamin will not harm, probably beneficial in my educated opinion and other physicians’ opinion as well. Hope this info helps you…:):}
