Ok, I can recommend you something among the lines of what you seek, however you don’t seem to have training regime,my suggestion is stick to protein, hardcore supplements are for people who have a discipline workout . starman_smk

a nutritional supplement that works as good as steroids? good luck w/that. there aren’t any.

there are 3 basic rules to gaining mass
    1) lift big - heavy weights, basic movements - bench, squat, deadlift, staying in the 6-8 rep range
    2) eat big - increase your calories don’t just focus on protein b/c all though it’s necessary it’s carbs that fuel your muscles for your work-outs
    3) sleep - growth comes from your muscles repairing themselves, rest is when the body has the chance to do that

i would add a 4th which is be consistent. if that means u have to tell your friends you’ll meet them later b/c you gotta work out first meet them later ledtkey

No supplement will come close to steroids. I think you should start with Creatine, Protein, and No Explode which should help you out some.

building muscles is all about the diet, it’s 80% of the equation. going to the gym regularly and training heavy is the easy part. even when supplementing with steroids, prohormones, etc. the diet ultimately determines the gains. increasing muscle mass is pretty much last on the list in terms of biological processes in the body. if there are not sufficient calories/nutrients in the diet increases in muscle mass will be minimal at best.

you need to consume close to 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats. determine your current caloric intake and increase that by 10% each week until weight gain occurs. you want to consume between 4-6 meals daily to keep insulin levels low and stable. insulin is the most anabolic hormone that the human body produces. to keep the body in an anabolic state you can’t skip meals. so you need to eat a meal/snack about every 3 hours. since all foods have different nutrient profiles eating a variety of foods is the easiest way to prevent nutrient deficiencies.

you want to train in the 8-10 rep range, using close to 80% of the one rep maximum. for muscle building the optimum time under tension for the muscle is 45-60 seconds per set. so each set of 8-10 reps should take roughly 45-60 seconds to complete. hit each muscle group 2x every 7 days. check out some basic 3-4 day split routines. the legs and back are the 2 biggest body parts, don’t neglect them. focus on using compound exercises and complement them with isolation exercises. lv_consultant
