Has anyone tried this? Does it actually work? I am not looking for a diet supplement, I am happy with my weight. I just heard that this is a good cleansing for the internal body.

I do not know about Master Cleanse Diet but I have learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going. Check out following link for more details about different cleansing methods: Diana

I did the Master Cleanse twice. It is a really good cleanse. I had colon problems that grew worse over the years until I finally figured out I was allergic to soy. This cleanse really helped straighten things out.

If you’re looking for a cleanse, I’d do it if I were you. The 3rd day was the worst for hunger. I nibbled on every piece of lemon pulp in my drink. But after that it was fine.

A good website for support & questions:

As far as weight loss - I gained back everything I lost. Good thing I was in it for the cleanse! V

The guy who created the Master Cleanse was not a doctor. He was a quack who was indicted after people died from his “cures”. I wouldn’t recommend any of his solutions.

    Please do your research!

    Good luck! PB_GenX
