connect with people in your area
make video presentation - something like an infomercial - and upload it on youtube
make yourself a website
use pay-per-click to advertise

Packaging will be important for store purchases.
Who is your target? Your whole campaign needs to be centered around WHO you want to purchase your product and WHAT would make them do so.
Also… How are you planing on advertising it? Radio? It would depend on what medium you chose really as to what would make it stand out.

How about hooking up with health spas and gyms and offering informative classes on nutrition and supplements?
