I don't know about the granola you are talking about but I do have a good recipe that costs about $10 to make:

1 cylander Quaker Old Fasioned oats(NOT the quick type)
1 stick Margarine(not butter, it goes bad!)
2 tsp salt
1 bag shredded coconut(sweetened)
1 sm box Grape Nuts cereal
1 jar Wheat germ
1 jar unsalted peanuts
2-3 cups Raisins
2-3 cups honey

Toast the Oatmeal in a big pan with the margarine and salt at about 350 deg. Stir it often, especially in the corners. after about fifteen minutes, top with the coconut and toast lightly for another five-ten minutes. Pull it from the oven and get a BIG mixing bowl. Add in the Grape Nuts, wheat germ, peanuts and raisins.

Stir in the honey while it is still warm. The granola will absorb the honey while it is warm. The honey is the glue for everything. This keeps forever basically.

other add ins could include dried cranberries, dried diced apples, papaya etc.

This is maybe 30 or 40 servings. It's a lot but it's a quarter of the price of what you pay for the year-old stuff you buy at the health food store yw84mrright

i'm not sure about the granola at the big sky health store, but i have been addicted to the granola from fresh market and decided to start making my own because it costs so much. Granola is so cheap to make on your own. below is the basic recipe and you can add whatever you want to make it your "own"

4 cups of Quaker oats
2 cups shredded coconut
3/4 Honey
1/3 cup Canola Oil
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (use the real thing, no imitation)
1 cup of nuts (optional) you want to cook the nuts with the oats to release the oil in the nut. You dont have to use

Combine all of the above together till mixed well and spread out on a large cookie sheet with shallow sides. Put in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. take out and mix well. It will start getting dark brown on the edges so mix well, flip over and spread evenly again on the pan. put in oven for another 10 minutes. (or until it gets a golden brown) When you take the granola out, it will still be moist looking and not crunchy like granola. Do not put back in oven. it will get crunchy as it cools on the pan. While it's cooling i generally add 1-2 cups of dried cranberry and any other dried fruit i want. I don't cook with the dried fruit as it tends to get too hard. This is so delicious and you can formulate the recipe to include whatever nuts and flavorings you want. I couldn't find a recipe for Big Sky Granola, but thought this would be a good one for you to make on your own. its good over plain yogurt, or to serve with Milk as cereal, or to eat out of the bag plain! Nygirlgonesouth
