Is there such thing as a healthy diet pill?
Ava asked:
Ok, DISCLAIMER: I know taking pills is not the healthy way to diet in the first place, and that no diet pills are going to be good for you. I am just curious as to which one on the market is the safEST, or if there is some sort of all natural/organic diet pill/supplement. Provide thorough information and I will definitely best answer you
Thanks!
Perhaps a vitamin supplement or something of the sort that that curbs appetite or helps burn fat?

Vitamin supplements are ok to take but won’t help you lose weight.
Diet pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you, with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.
All you need is a good healthy diet - lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation

I would think not take fat blockers for instance they block fatty foods from your intake and this can cause problems in itself. Cutting out certain food groups will just make you ill and is not advised. Check my site of you want free health advice.
Good luck. Jude
