Is there such a thing as a yogurt “supplement”?

Bella Cullen <3 (((Allecat))) asked:

I really want to eat yogurt, mostly because of the health benefits associated with it (good for women, particularly) but I have a really really hard time eating it. It makes me gag so bad, sometimes I throw it up! I just can’t handle the taste, it tastes just awful to me!

Are there some sort of a supplement out there that I can take that contains the bacteria found in yogurt that is good for you? or any other suggestions? thanks!

yeah for sure any health shop will sell Probiotics which are things like acidophilus/bofidus etc that are the good bacteria in yoghurt. A 25 billion strength capsule is equal to about 20-25 tubs of yoghurt too :) victimofya

Another supplement in an even more concentrated form of this “good bacteria” is called a “probiotic” I like it better than the acidophilus found in the stores in pill form. Also, look for it refrigerated. If it is a good form of good bacteria it should be refrigerated because it is considered a live bacteria. Sorry if that is repetitive but I like Probiotics so much better! Jennylynn
