diet supplement
Gregger asked:

i started used superpump250 for the 2nd time today and i have had great results. i have never used any supplement except protein (if that counts). this has given me better pumps since i started using it. does it contain creatine and what should my diet and water intake be per day while using it. does it have an effect on the heart, kidneys, or liver?

It’s safe, just dont over do the dosages on it. your heart will start racing and you will become short of breath. And it does contain a small amount of creatine, which will give you that little extra strength since it helps your muscles hold more water. diet is only important for what you are looking to accomplish but i do know you dont want to eat about an hour prior to taking superpump. as for water make sure you are drinking atleast a gallon or so a day and ideally weigh yourself before your workout and then after and drink the difference in the weight loss of water to make up for what you have sweat out. as for an effect to the other organs everyones bodies are different filterting things, some say too much creatine can be bad for you.
