No… It won’t kill you unless you take too much of them.
If it is ephedrine based, it CAN give you heart probelms…
If it is not ephedrine based then it is a scam and the pills won’t do sh*t because there is no such thing as a Diet Pill that is sold over the counter OTHER then Alli that works AT ALL.

Check with your pharmacist. Pharmacies have a data base where they can check to see if the drugs or supplements can be taken together. When they take the same metabolic pathway, they can either increase or decrease the effect of the other one. They can tell with the program.
