Hello, Do you know why you are taking the Cod Liver and the garlic? If you don’t know what your body needs for nutrients its good to find out. I think Supplementing is very important and for sure not a waste of money. We just can’t get all the nutrients from our food and our soils are very depleted. So you are on the right track. Supplements should not harm you working out and not replenishing and supplementing and putting back the vit and minerals you lost will catch up down the road. So prevention is the key. I have a great suggestion and its a FREE tool. Its an online nutri Physical. Go to and on the left menu bar under QUICK links the second one down is the online Nutri Physical this will take out the guess work of what your body may be needing or lacking. Its a great tool and its free. And also totally private. If you have any questions further feel free to email me I have taken it a few times to help guide me along the way. I hope this helps. Lynn
