Cabbage is okay for thier diet. Never EVER give them lettuce though. it is bad for Thier Tummies and can give them Diarreah. And The bald spots are possible from the puppy stressing her out, i think you should keep the two appart for a while. If thats not it I still dont think cabbage could cause just bald spots. I know iceburg lettuce is bad for some annimals but I've never heard of cabbage being bad for them.
