Its very powerful, and you gotta do what the label says. Its banned in Diet Pills, but I see pure ephedra all the time at gas stations, esp truck stops. I guess they use it to stay awake. If you so happened to buy some pure ephedra, you could combine it with Aspirin, and Caffeine. This called an ECA stack, a very popular fat burning combination when USED CORRECTLY.
