Take lipobind, its the best on the market and clinically proven to be the most effective thing out there, basically it binds molecules of fat in your gut so your body doesnt have a chance to absorb it.

Take energy tea mix & Vita-lae from Shaklee.

I think there really isn’t any out there that can make us feel right ..

All the pills I felt make us feel shitty. Anyway, why don you try to kickstart your metabolism by eating the right foods.

The best I think is still without the pills.

try a product called ‘professional VS-8 thermogenic burner’ they are really really good, they contain ingredients that have an important role in fat metabolisation and assist with the coversion of fat to energy. if you are worried about them interupting your sleeping you could take only 2 in the morning and two at night, that what i started on and they were great, there were no bad side effects and thay are available in one with a lower caffeine dose (that the one that i use) :) good luck i hope this helps

The best way to burn fat quickly is to eat a teaspoon of peanut butter every 1-2 hours, regardless of hunger. By allowing your body to adjust to regular feedings of high-protein substance like PB, your body will hold less calories to use later, usually in the form of atipose tissue (FAT).

Artificial fat burners only raise metabolism through chemicals, and can have adverse drug interaction, harmful effects on the organs, and other long-term effects that are, as of yet, unknown.

Additionally, they can cause strokes in people pre-disposed to hypertension.

If you eat a well balanced diet, that includes lots of fresh veggies and fruits, lean meats etc and you exercise - you won’t need any pills. You will naturally have more energy and feel great.
