Im a man who is getting older and worrying about his prostate health. What vitamins and supplements can I take?

A good mans multivitamin will help. That way you get the prostate vitamins and a good supply of the other vitamins also. Drink a lot of water this helps keep everything liquid and moving. See you doctor every year for a check-up.have a prostate exam. I know no one likes to have a finger up the rear but it has to be done. artie b

The latest research claims vitamin D is supposed to be helpful but the studies are still new and nothing is conclusive yet. If you are over 50 it’s a good idea to have a PSA test every year to check for enlargement of the prostate and of course cancer. The digital exam doctors like to perform are not very reliable unless you have cancer that has grown to at least a pea size and this method can only feel one third of the prostate so the PSA is the way to go. fototag
