I already know about the foods I need to eat. I’m just wondering if there is something extra i can do. I want to gain at least 10 lbs fast. I would like to gain wieght in 1 week and 2 days because I am visiting people that are important to me.

    Just eat McDonalds for B, L, and D and supersize it. It worked for Morgan. It can work for you too.

    fourti sip are great! Get them on prescription though as they’re a tad pricey! There’s 300 cals per bottle. I was 5ft 5 and 98 poundsand these were fab! I stongly recomend you go to your doctor though and get them on prescription for free!
