You can’t drink while you are detoxing! If you are drinking alcohol you aren’t going through any process other than taking a bunch of vitamins and doing what you normally do. Pick a time to detox when you won’t be tempted to drink and do it then. CourtneyJo

Yes you can drink, but that’s defeating the purpose….If you are planning any detox regime, its best to wait till you have a few days to your self, so you can rest (as you may experience light headedness, lethargy, etc as you are releasing toxins out of your body, you also need to drink plenty of water and or fresh juices. sophia

Detox is a scam terminology that cannot be bought as a pill.
Eating fruit, veg and healthy fresh food is the best way to keep healthy and keep your liver working properly. Taking bizarre, untested supplements that make impossible claims isn’t likely to be of any benefit. dave

“Detoxing” in AltMed land has no scientific basis. Any supplements you are taking are basically a worthless scam. Providing your organs are not impaired, your body is more than capable of removing any toxins from your body. Look, we all got pissed at University, it’s not going to kill you. Just avoid binge drinking, try to drink in moderation and don’t go overboard too often. Forget the rest, go out and have fan.
Addendum and ignore KTC. He’s go problems. Rhianna Returns

Be careful of supplements that claim to detox your liver and other stuff. The only thing that detoxifies your body is the liver itself (and the kidney to a lesser degree). Detox is an alt med scam.
Go ahead and drink but avoid binge drinking.

“Dave” ,”Rhianna”, and AngryDic, Sure sounds like you guy’s have a lot of money invested in the Pharmaceutical industry. I mean, How can anyone have anything bad to say about something natural that works. Why would anyone push something that has killed millions of people that have taken these prescription correctly, much less incorrectly. there has never been an epidemic with people dying by the hundreds of thousands like there is with mainstream meds and it’s still going on. Makes one wonder where our gorvernment is to protect us! Oh! I forgot the big Pharma’s big money keeps that Hush, Hush. Sorry people! You lose again! Treat the Cause
