I would like to know a good Nutritional Supplement / Vitamin to help get rid of anxiety and help concentration
I have had anxiety for a while now, I have been on Remeron for the past year and it helps but there are times when I can’t concentrate on work because of this and my brain feels foggy and unable to think straight, then there are time when I get a panic attack out of nowhere and feel like I am going to vomit.
I would like to know a good Nutritional Supplement / Vitamin that is fast acting that will clear my mind of fog, help with concentration and get rid of the anxiety when it comes out of know where. I have tried chamomile tincture and bach rescue remedy and they have not helped at all.
Also note that I would like the recommendation to be safe and have minimal side effects when taken in addition to Remeron. I was going to try Kava Kava but my doctor said it damages the liver easily, also St. John’s wort but I can’t take it with Remeron, so my doctor said to do some research and get back to him with a list of things I would like to try.

Reading the symptoms you’re describing, it sounds like you legitimately have some type of anxiety or panic disorder. Is there a reason your doctor hasn’t referred you to a psychiatrist for evaluation? Supplements are generally useless. Their claims aren’t monitored or verified by the FDA, and as I far as I know of there’s no supplement that’s been shown to effectively treat anxiety. Remember, even if something is “clinically proven” to work, that doesn’t tell you how effective it is. It could be something has minor as a 1 percent improvement. Is that a result you’re willing to throw your money away on?
That’s just my two cents. Since that wasn’t really an answer to your question, you could try looking in to the following:
Valerian Root, 5-HTP, L-Tyrosine, GABA….
The last three are amino acids involved in the synthesis and production of brain chemicals serotonin and dopamine, which help out with feelings of well-being ,contentment, and concentration. No guarantee of their effectiveness, however. Bone Machine

change your diet
Most telltale symptoms of low blood sugar levels include hand tremors or an inner shakiness which accompany hunger. Often these are accompanied by sweating anywhere on the body, sometimes most intensely during the night. Frequent is heart pounding or ‘palpitations’ and acute anxiety in the pit of the stomach. Nightmares are common. This combination disturbs sleep and causes more fatigue. More frightening however is the accentuation of these symptoms into full-blown “panic attacks”. These acute events last fifteen to thirty minutes and are induced by the sudden release of larger amounts of adrenaline. Violet Pearl

Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.
I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?
I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn’t have to say Splenda to have sucralose
in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don’t even know it!
Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression,
mood swings, insomnia and more.
Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose
The slogan, “Made from sugar…” is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride
(chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

A good multivitamin with b complex, calcium and magnesium, vitamin c. omega three fatty acids, l-theanine, the herb albizzia-you will probably need the tincture and will need to use a bottle a week. passionflower, phosphatidylserine, gaba and l-tyrosine-this helps those with depression and helps with alertness.
CoQ10 is good 200-400mg a day. aisha_73
