I need help with diet and supplements to gain weight?

I eat like a horse, and still dont gain any weight. I have been lifting for awhile, but the strentgh gains havent brought me a gain in size. Im 16, 6′3 140 lbs. I am an aspiring bodybuilder looking to gain some bulk.

What i neeed to know is what should I put into my diet foodwise, and what supplements should I be taking. I need someone to please help me out.

    You need a weight gainer shake. Also stay in the 8-12 rep range for growth.

    Gday,,i was in the same boat as you,,i tried all the powder drinks with milk,,only made me run to the toilet.
    I did discover a powder drink that they use in hospitals ENSURE,you only add water and drink it,get the Vanilla,you never get sick of it.1 tin would last me about 2 weeks,6 teaspoons = 1 meal.
    I dont eat breakfast,so instead i drink a glass in the morning,when i get home i have another,and if you can have another with dinner.so your eating(Drinking) 2 meals.Just give it a go.I bet you will gain weight.i struggled for MANY years at 60klg,,im 6 ft..Now im almost 80klg,,,,mmmm,,getting a gut now,,lol…im serious,,go to the chemist and buy a 1 klg tin,,,,,,you should get 230 cal from each serve.its costs me around $30 aus,,,but VERY worth it..dont buy Body builders crap,,most of it will make you run to the toilet.Try it,then jump on the scales in a week or two,,you will gain.Dont worry,you can just pick it off the shelf,
