My goal is to lose about 20 lbs and improve general health. I currently take a multivitamin. Someone suggested coconut oil, any thoughts? Also, are there any legit supplements that can speed up my weight loss?

I tried to lose weight for a while, and no amount of cardio got off the last 30 or so pounds. I was introduced to a cleansing and nutritional system by my mom, who lost something like 40 pounds in a few months. Anyway, I got on this cleansing system, which cleans out toxins and impurities in your body and i lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks, energy is super high, and just felt awesome. It’s been over a year now, and I’ve kept it off with this system and feel great every day. If you’re looking at a great way to safely and quickly take off fat and get healthy, you should give this a good look. I’d be glad to share it with you, send me a message. Good luck!

Sorry but adding supplements to lots of fattening food does very little. But site below has those things that can help a little like green tea and raw apple cider vinegar. But then some go and drink the vinegar straight.

A little wasabe is great with sushi but if you eat it straight, you start gagging and maybe have a heart attack. So you put 2 caps of it in a glass of water with honey. Or use it with oil as a salad dressing instead of these fattening dressings.

Then the site tells those things that make a big difference in your weight.

There is a link to a free personalized vitamin and supplement profile at
( ) It recommends what you should take based on a combination of your age, weight, gender exercise and eating habits.
I tried it and it was really good.
