you need to go through the details which kind of health supplements are available in market in traditional way or other ways and what are their prices company wise and why and whats the benefits of the product of each company.
In normal market health products available generally are synthetic which harm human body in one way or other like skin disease of stones in lungs/kidneys.
There are herbal health supplements [plants based] available to public by refferal basis with health effectiveness.Some of them are awarded by READER DIGEST in may 2007 and you can buy its edition and go through the details
