It is safer and healthier to just eat a well balanced diet.
Also, overdoing exercise is as bad as not exercising.
Like the old saying goes, "moderation in everything".
A good workout three days a week, and a mild warmup on the other days will keep you in shape, without overtaxing you.</description>
