It is not good going on iron without the advise of your doctor.
Iron is stored in the body, and so excessive iron intake can cause problems. Iron supplements also tend to cause constipation.

Most of our food supplies us with iron - green leafy vegetables, meats, especially beef, beets organ meats, beans, lentils, egg, fish, peaches, blackstrap molasses, pears, pumpkins, watercress just to name a few. Hence once you're eating well balanced meals, and you do not have a problem absorbing iron, you should not have an iron deficiency.

It sounds as if you're taking a synthesized vitamins. Our body tends to block synthesized vitamins and so if any, very little is absorbed, hence it is quite unlikely that you'd get any benefits from those you're taking. Vitamins however, that are formulated from natural foods give very quick results. I get results from my multivitamin in lest than a week after starting on them. Some persons who uses them tells me of results within 24 hours.

I can tell you from experience with taking several different supplements, that if you take a supplement for a month and have no notable results, unless otherwise specified, it is not benefiting you.

you will never notice a difference.. Eat real foods like fruit, vegetables, and lean meats. I'm beginning to think the supplement market is just a scam. A normal healthy person with a balanced diet shouldn't need any.
