How effective are diet supplements?
amierob2005 asked:
Does anyone use over the counter diet aids such as relicore, NV, green tea fat burners, etc? If so, do they help or are they a crock? What helps with curbing appetites?

I have used numerous OTC diet ’supplements’ in the past and they are all a crock. The original Stacker 2 with ephedra worked, but also caused heart palpitations which I still experience years later.
Often, when you think you’re hungry, you’re thirsty, so try that. Also, green tea helps detox your body, and is a great way to start a healthy diet. Limiting your salt intake helps keep off water weight, too. Air-popped popcorn with no salt or butter is a filling snack that is low in calories and fat.

the supplements are very good if you follow a very strict program and of you know how to combine them so that you will have the right balance of proteins carbs, amino acids and so on. You should take vitamins too and also to work out!
But before all of these you have to build the best program for your body type.

Diet Supplements do work if you watch what your doing and follow directions. Everyone has a different body type so what works for one might not work for another. Try this website or this one
