How can I replace vegetables in my diet without using supplements?
Jordar asked:
Im trying to be healthier but I cant stand most vegetables, so I wanted to try replacing vegetables with some other foods which I might like more.
I want to clarify that I’m not asking for a diet, I’m asking for a non-supplement replacement to vegetables.

if you aren’t going to eat vegis you should at least take a multivitamin mineral like Centrum.
i eat few vegis myself. just a few times a week at most and sometimes not for weeks. if you didn’t already know. Jay Leno doesn’t eat vegis and hasn’t for decades.
do you like tomatoes? tomato sauce is suppose to be very good for you. lots of antioxidants in them. cooked tomatoes(sauce) is suppose to be better for you than fresh tomatoes.

Well if anything take some multivitamins. But vitamin pills won’t give you the same benefits of eating actual veggies. sorry.

Vegetables are necessary becuase they’re high in fiber, vitamins and minerals, and they’re low-calorie, so they’re good for weight maintainance. You might want to try V8 juice, which is made from real vegetables. You could also try adding vegetables to things you like, for example, adding veggies to eggs or something like that. Also, you might want to increase the amount of fruits you eat, because fruits also have the benefit of having a lot of fiber and being low-calorie. You might also want to look up the vitamins and minerals you might be getting from vegetables now, and see what other foods are sources of these vitamins and minerals
