Hi, I am a 20 yr old female and I was wondering what good dietary supplements are there to take?
sourstraws214 asked:
I’ve been screened for hyperthyroidism and I do not have it but I eat right and exercise but I can’t seem to lose weight. I have weeks where I can lose up to 5lbs and then other weeks I gain it all back. I can’t seem to lose any weight. I have a one year old and after being pregnant, my body changed dramatically. I don’t know what else to do. I go to the gym, I’ve been on weightwatchers for months and whatever I lose, I gain back and I just don’t understand why. I need advice, please.

One of the simplest exercises you could do would be to think a bit more positively about your self. If you keep telling to yourself that you are not losing any pounds then it will become a reality in your brain. You must look at it with more optimism. Also, you should eat everyday at around the same time and don’t eat too much. Also, finding a job that keeps you always busy will help you lose pounds. After all if nothing works then just stop trying. I’m not saying that you should eat as much as possible. YOu should still manage your diet but don’t really put any hope for losing weight. Sometimes you just can’t exhaust your body. It will be more detrimental than beneficial.

You need to keep yourself busy. To you work and keep the baby, because sometimes you can be so busy you forget to eat.www.melalueca.com has supplements and are 100% guarantee too and they work. Do not be so hard on yourself–be patient with losing this weight you can do it because you have already done it. Do not give up you are young u want it fast and it could cause problem keep exercising and do not eat after 6pm drink some juice or fruit instead.

I’d suggest first of all keeping a food diary and counting calories. You may THINK you are eating right, but you could acutally be consuming way more than your body needs. As a general rule, you should have about 9 calories per pound of body weight if you’re trying to lose weight.
