Help i think im experiencing some dietary supplements side effects?

Sounds like stimulant side effects.. check supplement ingredients.
I am really sensitive to stimulants too. Messes me up for days. Don’t take any for a week or so..even coffee.

First of all you stop taking these. If your symptoms don’t improve soon you call your doctor or go to the emergency room.
