anyone recommend any daily vitamins i should take? please provide the store i can get em at and the price. what it does and all the details please. also any random health tips would be appreciated. thanks.

    A multi vitamin suh as centrum is good. Flaxseed oil capsules are great as well.

    Omega 3 is good for you. Its fish protein or something.

    Eat healthy don’t overload on sweets, that junkfood and softdrinks.
    Eat lots of whole grains and lean meats like chicken, turkey, and fish.

    Stay active for example runnin/joggin in your spare time. Remember to stay stretched and loose. Always do a warmup before exercising.
