Have you found a safe AND effective supplement to increase energy?
Future Cat Lady asked:
I try to eat a balanced diet and exercise and take a multi-vitamin everyday but still am often sluggish in the afternoon (even though I try to eat a smaller meal and have protein).

Have you found an energy supplement/pill that actually works and is safe to take?
Thanks!

Get a protein suppliment that you can mix with water or skim milk and drink it. Protein gives you energy and I can’t eat food because of a digestive disease so all my protein, calcium, potassium and magnesium are being pulled out of my bones and muscles so I am exhausted all the time. The Dr. told me to drink protein suppliments for energy and to replace the protein back into my muscles. I mix it with water cause I am allergic to milk but you can get calcium and magnesium pills so I needed the protein mix. I found it at the GNC but a lot of pharmacies have it also. It comes in different flavors so you should find one you like. Try it for at least a month before you give up on it, we don’t know how much protein you need for energy. You can sometimes buy sample packets before you buy a large container of it. It comes in a powder form.

Ginseng worked for me for the year or so I took it daily. It might help?
