Has anyone actually lost weight with diet pills?

catt asked:

I know that most diet pills don’t work, but I am curious to know if anyone has had success with any type of diet pill.

Please answer only if you have had a PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with a diet supplement that has actually helped you lose weight when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. Thank you!

I have been drinking wu-long tea from infusium-tea.com (or .co.uk) three times a day since April.

I started off just drinking that instead of coke and hot chocolate, and cutting out cake/chocolate/cookies from my diet too, and I lost 2lbs per week starting right away.

After a couple of weeks I discovered sparkpeople.com and realised I was still eating far too many calories to expect the weightloss to continue very long, so I started adapting my diet too, to around 1650 calories a day on average (often more, often less).

    I still drink the tea.

With these two measures, I have lost 28lbs since late April this year. The weightloss is slowing down now I’m getting near my goal but it’s still continuing. At one point I ran out of the tea and I stopped losing weight for 3 weeks, until I got some more! I was also playing with my calorie level though and it’s hard do be certain whether it was the tea that started me losing again or not. Overall I don’t think it’s worked any miracles for me, but I do believe it has made losing weight a bit easier.

However, I believe sparkpeople helped me even more, and that’s free! :)
Please don’t get scammed by any tea sites though - loads of them are pure exploitation. Only buy from a website if it looks and feels like any ordinary shopping website. Like the one above.

    Hope this helps. RunningBear

I was on Adipex prescribed to me by my doctor and I lost 40 pounds in 3 months. It gave me energy to get my butt up and do things. I bought the generic which was 30 dollars at Walgreens. kala2032 ™

I had lose 10 lb in 2 weeks and this is possible and that there are several ways in which you can do this. You can either reduce your calorie intake, raise the level of your exercise routines, or do a combination of both. You need to be careful to choose a weight loss process which will make it easy for you to maintain this impressive weight loss for a long time. Rod

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate. Cherry

    Well yes. I did.
Honestly I did not think I will considering how many people told me they are bad for my health …etc.. you know what I mean.
I took Phentramin-D,, for about one month and a half and I must say it did a good job. I felt more energetic, my hunger almost disappeared and I felt wonderful.
I really mean it when I say it worked. I have lost 10 lbs in that interval, gradually not overnight with no exercise and eating when I was hungry. Sarah M

I would recommend Bromalite. It really helped me loose weight.
It is rich in antioxidants and it helps the body get rid of toxins and in the mean time helps you lose weight.
I took this pills for 3 months and i got from size 14 to size 12 which was my target.
I am not addicted to them and I didn’t put the weight back.
You can see the stuff here.
    Hope it helps. Janice Alfred
