GNC diet supplement. anyone have any advice?

diet supplement
clclc asked:

I just bought this really expensive diet program that was called Release at one time(i think). There are 3 different bottles: one for morning, lunch, and dinner. The last one is pretty much a laxative and i was wondering if it would be dangerous to use over a 3 month period?

the product is actually called “advanced 24-7″ in 3 “phases”
just for some background info: before i had my 1 yr old i had all the energy in the world and ran track in college. now i can’t seem to even get off the couch! so i know what it is to exercise but i need something to give me that energy to do it.

None of this stuff really works - quit wasting your money! Only eating right and exercise will work. Believe me - I have tried EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

If you want to look for something to use for a 3 month period, then look at Stack Body Tune Up. It has a protein ice cream drink, citrus boosters, and supplements. In 6 days, it will be 3 months since I started. I have lost 33.5 pounds without much effort. One month’s cost is about $120.00.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

Well I do know the tested score of GNC’s best product is just over 47% and there worst is about 7% according to the Canadian government. It is better than some but you really need to do this ‘weight loss’ in a 3 prong approach. #1 Moderate excercise 5x a week #2 low glycemic meals #3 high quality not quantity supplements. Even 2 of 3 will show dramatic results in a realatively short period of time.
