There are a lot of reviews available on Amazon. It makes your anus leak. Sometimes a lot. I’m not sure it’s worth it for slight weight loss. After all, you are supposed to follow a diet as well. The diet focuses on fat, which is not the place to focus. You should focus on sugar, which not only makes you gain weight, but causes you to develop conditions that make weight loss even harder later on. The right diet makes Alli useless. Plus, it’s pricey. wilson

I would highly suggest you look into alot of other things if you are really serious about loosing weight and keeping it off. Diets will just slow down your metabolism. Make sure there is a high level of education behind any weight loss efforts so you can get the health benefits long term. Quick fixes are just that. I would love to see what your goals are and help give you some more information that may guide you further. Feel free to go to and learn a little more about living a lifestyle. If you have questions for me my email is Look forward in chatting some more. I hope this helps!! Lynn Lynn

Well, I only tried the free 2 week sample of Alli, and I’d say it worked for me. Actually I lost 7lbs during that time. The only down side to taking it was the fact that it gave me diarrhea for the first few days until I cut back on my fat intake, then every thing was fine.
I probably wouldn’t take it again, I’m just glad that I only tried the sample ’cause I’ve heard of people having lots of intestinal problems, I’d recommend you try and get a sample first if you can. I’m not sure if there are any more available but you can try
Good luck and be healthy
