    dont take the cheap ones get name brand or get it from the gnc. i think iron is the best.

    They are a good supplement to a healthy diet. It is very hard to get all the nutrients you need from a normal healthy diet.

    One a day is all you need and they are only intended to be a supplement and not a replacement for a healthy diet.
