Red meat is in fact the poorest form of protein that there is.
As long as you get protein from other foods like Soy beans, fish and other veg, you will be just fine.

no.

trust me on this one.

and there's NO PROTEIN DEFICENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't understand why this is still believed!

meat and dairy has no absorbable protein... the protein from meats and dairy are fatty and inert!

that's why if you eat alot of that stuff you have cholesterol issues.. that's why you have to eat right.

fatty proteins aren't absorbed, they are processed into more fats and stored into the system thus resulting in weight issues and artery complications if this diet is maintained.

thanks.

do you research... if you find something.. about veggies and fruits you'll find that the proteins in a vegetarian diet are absorbable in the system.

thus... that protein is not inert and is an energy protein instead of a protein that gets turned into artery plaque.
