Theres really a lot out there. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out a few different trials and measuring the results.I would check out the site at visit and see if it interests you, I did. Ernesto C

Acai Berry is just a super antioxident. It has not been proven to do anything to speed up your metabolism. What has been proven oven and over again to work is eating 6-8 small meals a day consisting of the following: Low fat dairy products, lean meats, green vegatables, whole grains, plenty of water, and good fats( avacado, Fish oil, Almonds). If you are looking for a safe suppliment to help out, I would recoment CLA (Conjigated Linolic Acid). Studies have shown that this suppliment helps people burn fat faster than the placebo group. Its also very safe, unlike 99 percent of the garbage you see on T.V. jeremy c

The key for losing weight is not difficult - eat less food and move more - the problems arise when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the real world aren’t there?! The sole diet that really showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I shed twenty five pounds, it really does produce success! Colm C

Supplements are more concentrated. I guess you could try the drink and see if you like it! Shayla

Hi Diana,
Realistically, while both products can help you to lose weight, they aren’t miracle cures - you still need to eat healthfully and get plenty of exercise if you want to see a real difference.
Personally, I can recommend the acai supplements - I definitely felt an increase in my energy levels and metabolism after I started taking them, which made it easier to stick with my diet and exercise plan. Before I started using natural supplements, I had a lot of trouble getting the results I wanted through diet and exercise alone, since my metabolism was slow. If you’ve seriously tried to lose weight before without results, you might want to give it a try to see if it does anything for you.
Hope this helps! Sara B
