    Yes, because it has lots fiber, vitamin’s and taste really good!

    Yes . B ut from expeirience if you add some fruit you wil still get the nutrients from the veggies but the fruit wil over power he vegies so it tastes like a fruit smoothie not pureid broccoli

    juicing more than smoothies

    smoothies delicious still have calories…and do you knoweach and every ingredient used and how much of that smoothie is really a serving..

    i need a straw w/a smoothie.

    sure. but not just v/v diets, anyones. you’ll still lose some fiber along the way, though.

    YES! I do both.
    I drink fresh made juice all morning & usually do a Green Smoothie in the afternoon as a snack. Sure keeps my energy level up.

    Yes, Don’t take this personally, but even if your not a vegetarian it’s still healthy.
